Switched account - withdrawal to old card?

Hi
I have found an old thread on this but not sure it helps me..
I recently did a switch from TSB to HSBC
The switch went fine, my old TSB account is now closed and I am utilising the HSBC account fine.
I have an online William Hill account, I have made deposits with my HSBC card.. I went to withdraw £300 on Sunday and just did it as usual without taking notice of the card number (assumed it would go to my current active card on my account). I was checking where it was as it hasn't hit my account yet.. I checked this morning and the card number listed against the "withdrawal" is my TSB card number not my new HSBC card number..
Usually with William Hill withdrawals always hit my account the next working day, even though they said 3-5 days it would be 1. I have waited a few days but I am getting nervous that they have sent the £300 to TSB and it will be lost in a blackhole. I have some more money to withdraw but William Hill are also trying to send it back to TSB. I will deal with that before I withdraw, but regarding my first £300.. any advice on what route I should take?
I gave HSBC my old debit card number, sort code, account number etc.. so why hasn't this been forwarded?
