Contribution based jsa reclaim

Hi,


Has anyone ever reclaimed contribution based jsa online?

I've tried to filled the form online when I first claimed and it was not right because all the questions lead to income based jsa.

Please advise.

    The DWP did promise to fix that online error (as well as others).


    It may be that a JCP office has to complete this manually for you if you call in and explain the problem.
    Please be polite to OPs and remember this is a site for Claimants and Appellants to seek redress against their bank, ex-boss or retailer. If they wanted morality or the view of the IoD or Bank they'd ask them.
