Indigo PCN in Railway Car Park - missed the 26 day deadline

Received a PCN at an Indigo 'managed' car park but it looks like I've missed the 26 day deadline for appealing online. When I enter my details into the website to carry out the appeal, I get a message coming up saying:
'Please contact the debt recovery company whose details will appear on the correspondence that has been sent to you.'
Obviously my mistake for messing up my dates (however, I haven't received ANYTHING in the post as yet from any 'debt recovery company'.
Ay advice on what to do next would be greatly received!

Please read the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, post #4 for advice on how to deal with debt collectors. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
