How much would it cost to have sites like this made,
(by us providing our own pictures given, and our own wording/articles will be provided)
but just wondering what to expect to pay as a range, to get each of these 2 types of sites made.
(preferbally from a lower priced freelance programmer, such as from a 3rd world company such as India.

You're asking an impossible question. All you've given are proposed domain names ... what's important is how the site looks and feels, the content it has, and the style of website (static, content management system, shopping, etc.)0

^^ DOAM, they are actually already websites.
I think the OP was using those as examples of a style of website.
OP. sites like that could be knocked up quite quickly using wordpress or similar,
As DOAM says, the final price will vary wildly depending on many factors.
Get an idea here :-

A similar theme would probably cost no more than 50 bucks from themeforest.net
The main cost would be the content and setup. You could probably get it done for around £400+ on Upwork if you have all the content and ideas to hand.0
