UKPC - online appeal form broken - Pls Help!

Hello,
I received a PCN in a free retail car park in Essex from UKPC, with reason driver left site. At the time of issue I was at restaurant eating and have a receipt for the meal date and timed stamped 10mins ago prior to PCN issue time. I was still in the car park and inside the restaurant however, ticket reason is vehicle owner/driver left site. I have receipts from restaurant and card statement. This is wrongfully issued.
I've tried submitting appeal several times, nothing attaches, or submits - the form seems broken.
Can someone advise what I can do? I'm past week 3 of issue.
Also shall I appeal as reg keeper and do I need any fancy wordings?
Please help.

Does the site show the photos and recognise the ticket at all? Try changing any '0' in your car VRN to O.

On UKPC's site you can ''view photos''...can you do that? If not, it's possible the PCN is cancelled already due to an error.

Also shall I appeal as reg keeper and do I need any fancy wordings?

Appeal on day 26 using the template in the NEWBIES thread, choosing 'registered keeper' only in the dropdown box.

UKPC love to try this scam on obviously some suckers must pay up, but you won't and they are unlikely to try court for this for all sorts of reasons. If they did of course you would have all the aces and they wouldn't have any.

The reason for this greed on their behalf, and greed on behalf of their chancer wardens that they call "profit centres"!
Yes that's a fact and they admit it, their staff are incentivised scammers they call profit centres, need I say more?

complain to the restaurant whilst you are following the above advice ....

tell them to cancel or it will be the last time you , your friends and family ever eat there again

Yes I can login and check my photos, 5 or so photos: one with UKPC parking sign on a post, one with sign saying no parking for hospital users, only for shoppers and store staff, other photos of car with ticket etc. So where is the photos of the so called owner/driver leaving site I wonder?

Is the template all I need? Can I elaborate and state I was in the restaurant while ticket was issued etc?

The wardon must have been trigger happy, I was at the retail park for a while browsing in various stores and the ticket was issued while i finished eating still at the retail park... I am 100% certain the warden started salivating as the car was in the car park for a while and has not moved so decided to get his quick commission and ticket the car!

I contacted the restaurant (a well know pizza joint), they advised to go through appeals.. may try again..

The only issue is their online appeals form is not working still. Is there a phone/email for these jokers - need to tell them to fix there online appeal form as its not submitting at all... I don't really want to be posting this appeal...

take screen shot and foward to the BPA ,

I agree with pappa golf, email the BPA and complain, NOT saying who was driving!

You have seen the BPA email addy when you read the NEWBIES thread, it's in post #5 of that sticky FAQS thread.

Looks like they fixed their submission form - today is day 25 - and it submitted ok - not sure entirely if the pdf letter with evidence submitted successfully though as it doesn't say if it attached or not and there is a button to add more files but when you click on it, it does nothing!

Today is day 25 (submitted), tomo will be 26 - is submitting on day 25 ok?
