Santander - help needed re writing to them

Hi

I have found paperwork from years ago that shows I had PPI on an Abbey National loan + Santander have confirmed I had PPI on a store card which I think is Debenhams. I am sure that I never discussed PPI with anyone so it would have just been added.

I need to write to them about both but could anyone advise me as to what would be the right wording

Thank you

    "Dear Bank,
I would like to complain the PPI on my loan/store card was mis-sold. My reasons are as follows..."

Then give your reasons and wait for them to consider your concerns. They have eight weeks.
  • wow that was quick - thank you very much
  • Try using the Resolver complaint tool on Martins Web site. You fill on a form and they compose a letter and send it for you and track the complaint. It's really easy to use x
