Monarch - Chargeback success

Props to Santander for refunding me the full cost of some flights I booked with Monarch on debit card (had no idea they weren't in ATOL since January).

There is a proviso that they can clawback the money if they learn that I have been refunded directly from Monarch in future, but as there's only two hopes of that - none and Bob - it's my first attempted and now successful chargeback.

Fairly painless process too.

    They will just recover the funds from Monarch's card processor via chargeback.
    Other than the admin, it costs them nothing.

    A longer wait.
    A standard "claim back from the merchant first then only try us when all other avenues exhausted"
