Mobile voicemail app with 0800 number?

I'm looking for an app similar to HulloMail but with 0800 mailbox numbers (HulloMail use 03 numbers). Did anyone stumble upon one by any chance? Google is at a loss.
It's OK if I have to pay, as 0800 numbers still cost money. I don't have any included minutes, and I'm on a plan that charges loads per minute (3Pay, ye olde one).
P.S. While on topic I'm looking for a post-pay SMS service a la 18185 too
*Side note: Why stay on 3Pay when it charges 26p/min for calls? Because I get 2GB for 5 pounds and I use 18185 via 0800 number for calls. The app called Prefixer helps keep my contact list and call log clean, and I don't manually input any numbers at the prompt either.

0800 numbers don't cost anything. That is why they are called Freephone numbers.
Why Postpaid SMS??
fishtext.com Though prepaid0 -
0800 numbers don’t cost the caller anything, but they do cost the provider a few pence per minute, so I wouldn’t expect such a mailbox to be offered for free.
Post Pay SMS... because I don’t want to keep a credit balance. But I guess if it’s a low topup I could give in...0
