The costs for employing a bailiff to recover any monies granted by the Judge if they win the case.
If the bailiff does not succeed in getting the money out of them then you will pay the bailiffs costs...
Hence the comment made about money down the drain0 -

Which party was it, who cancelled the agreement? Did the bride say: "I don't want you!" or did the bridesmaid say: "I'm not gonna do it!"? Don't you think that might have a bearing on the story?Adam_Stevens wrote: »I am thinking as we have paid for a service which we have not received surely this is a case of fraud?
Your partner has offered to perform a service as a bridesmaid; for one reason or the other, that doesn't seem to happen. Neither she (let alone you) have 'paid for a service'.
Are you fanning the flames between the two women? If you kept out of it, they both might be 'bestest friends' again within a few days. Then, presuming that did happen before the wedding, the whole problem would have solved itself.0 -
Since your partner was foolish to enough to pay for something indirectly then she has to accept indirect ownership too. This will be a case of one person's word against someone elses - should this go to court. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. Wouldn't bother with bailiffs, escalate to high court and pretty much guaranteed to get any costs back.0
