Anyone else pay LCS via online banking ??

I'm making my repayments and getting fed up of having to go to my local Paypoint weekly.

I have asked them via letter & email for their banking details 3 times now and still had no response.

I can't ring and ask as I am frightened to death of them they are nasty bullies.
