Flooring advice wanted

I want new flooring on the ground floor of my house. Half the floors are board and half concrete. We have a new shower room going in on floor boards. The floors are not in good condition - boards have been cut for plumbing and rewiring access and the concrete floor is bumpy and pitted.
I would like to have LVT throughout. Would boarding all the floors with ply (aqua board? in shower room) be a good idea or should I be doing something else entirely?
How hard is LVT to lay? I have put down adhesive vinyl tiles before and did a good job of fitting them round skirtings and doorways.

A very similar question was asked recently...
Regardless of the type of LVT being used, the floor needs to be flat and smooth. Yes, water resistant ply on the wooden floor. The concrete section can be smoothed off with a layer of self leveling compound.
Glue down LVT flooring is best left to an experienced installer. The click system tiles are much easier to lay and well within the scope of most DIYers.Any language construct that forces such insanity in this case should be abandoned without regrets. –

Should I board the non wet areas with ply over the floor boards?
Once the concrete has been leveled I can tile straight on to it?0
