SB: Share Allocation

My husband and I officially took over a family business recently. Our accountant gave us a raft of forms to sign we we duly did. So we've removed directors, added me as director, changed the company name etc.
Having just changed the signatories on the Bank Account, the bank tells us that the share allocation is still that of the original company.
How do I change this to reflect the fact that my husband and I now very much own the company? Just for fun, the annual return is very much due in

Hi Doozergirl, loving the new avatar!
I'm not an expert, so hopefully an accountant or someone who comes across this routinely will also answer.
When I've had questions along this line before I've telephoned Companies House and they've told me where to get the relevant form, their number is 0870 33 33 636. If its at a different address, you may need another form to move the registered office too.
Here's the website for Companies House forms:
http://www.companieshouse.gov.uk/forms/formsOnline.shtml
Another point that may or may not be relevant. I assumed that Co's House would inform VAT that I had a new registered office, but they didn't, so had to tell them too, and the office that handled payroll.
Good luck with the new company. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing?
