But that's what more than half the posts on this thread are about.

    Please try harder!

Simon Renshaw-Smith in ''not a legal person'' row! :rotfl:

Anyway, you need to edit and reduce that defence as it has repetition, and doesn't even tell the Judge at the start, a summary of the facts of the case. You need to state what this is about and why you are defending, including the fact there were two from the same day, which is against the IPC Code of Practice (unless the car was moved in between).

I assume you are defending as registered keeper saying that you can't be held liable, because you said:
    • Due to the length of time, the Defendant has little to no recollection of the day in question.
Is that TRUE? Were these events a long time ago? Why have you said 'DAY in question' when you told us this is about more than one day? Change it throughout to suit, not just one PCN/day.

Do you really have no recollection of those days? Don't say so if that's a lie because you have to be an honest witness in court and say this stuff.

Has no appeal been made, so the driver(s) on those days have never been identified?

Don't just copy a defence, read it/get family to read it.

Remove anything that makes no sense for your case, then show us a honed-down draft that starts by setting the scene about what the defendant's understanding of the case is and what the defence focusses on.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
