Several CEL thread posters reported the same before Christmas. Apart from set-asides where a hearing is needed to set aside a CCJ (not like your case) none have gone to hearings in cases where this forum is assisting posters throughout.
Search the forum for the keywords 'CEL discontinued' and you find you are one of many who won this way in December!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
