They are clearly processing more information on us than they are telling us about.

clearscore have been fiddling with my account, and it now shows the correct previous address. Coincidentally my score has also risen to what it was before i paid of the balance and closed my 0% interest card and is now 533/700..
Would be good to understand what clearscore deducts points for.
missed payments and poor behaviour would be understandable..........0 -
