Converting a room into a bedroom

I live in a 2 bed HA property, just me and my son and have a large room downstairs that i use as a playroom for him and other people on my street who live in properties owned by the same HA use the room downstairs as a bedroom, although there are more people living in their property. If i decide to turn my sons playroom downstairs into a bedroom for myself as i could do with the extra room, he can have my bedroom and turn his single room into a playroom, will housing benefit class it as a 3 bed house?

You're not gaining any extra rooms, just shifting the existing ones round, so I can't see why it'd make any difference. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0
