Amazon help

Hi
I have a issue and I'm fuming right now and have been the last few hours.
I ordered a set of taps off Amazon which were supplied AND dispatched by Amazon.
Now I had £280 gift card balance and I used £160.
Itially it refused to let me use a Amazon locker for this order, now I'm hardly in weekdays or weekends so I choose a post office, to find out the one on the website is closed?
I cancelled the order and it then let me choose a locker.
Now fast forward to now, I went to collect the parcel with my access code from the locker, and the item isn't there????????!!!!!!
It's empty!
Amazon say it was delivered, they say the driver said it was.
It's not!!!! I explained this and the woman who barely understood me still put me on hold for 20 minutes and came back saying it was delivered.
Now she told me to go check again, I tried and the code to access the locker is now invalid as it must be a one time use only
My questions before I call again
Do the lockers have sensors or proof that a parcel HAS been put inside or not?
What are my rights here?
I'm finished with Amazon, last year a tablet never arrived TWICE and HAD been signed for by someone I never heard of.
After Amazon investigated, they admitted the driver had nicked it!
Lucky proof of cctv helped me but this locker isn't covered by any!
I want my flaming money back and once I've used it I'm done with it, awful company and can't understand a word I say

Calm down. If you rant at them they will not help. Stay polite.
Speak to them via live chat. Don't ramble. You entered your code, opened the locker and it was empty.
I'd put money on your taps being in one of the other lockers, but that doesn't help you. Keep it factual and relevant and you'll get it sorted in a little time.0 -
In my experience, Amazon are the masters of giving you scripted and/or 'cut & paste' answers that don't refer at all to the problem you're having and it's easy to get wound up by them.
I know it's hard, but remain calm, make the main points clearly - you will get there eventually0
