I had come across EvL and was relying on the claimant needing to prove who was driving. The family owns more than 2 cars and all of them have more than 1 driver on the insurance.
Not asked for a strike out yet. Have only done the AoS.0 -

I would email, then confirm via phone theyve seen it and have reviewed it urgently.
IF they ever tried court hearing they would claim EvL means they dont need to prove who was driving> Similarly they will claim CPS vs AJH Films means they dont need to prove who was driving either. In NEITHER of these cases is that what the cases actually found, but CEL like to lie their little teeth off.0 -

Have you read Parking Prankster's blogs on Elliott v Loake. If that is all they have they will struggle in court.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0
