    Or, where is he advertising his holiday let? Get in touch with them to 'correct' his false advertising, or leave a review warning potential holidaymakers.

    First have your solicitor confirm your position and once again write to him with copies of the relevant deeds and transfers.
    Make it clear to him that you will then take steps to prevent access to your land and that he should desist in offering your facilities to his clients as you will prevent them from having access.

    And mention to him you are putting cctv cameras up because of the resent crime that has happened in the parking areas and that it is for his benefit too.

    That way you aren't accusing him but he'll think twice before slashing tyres or towing cars.
