On or about 28 February 2018 the V&A will pick one entry at random deemed as The Winner 4. The Winner shall receive the following prize:

• Return scheduled economy class flights from London

• all meals and drinks as stated in the itinerary

5. The holiday must be taken on the date stated.
6. Validity of the prize cannot be extended.

7. Prize winner and companion are responsible for their own transportation to and from the London airport.

8. Travel insurance and gratuities are not included.

9. Any other expenses incurred during the period of the prize will be the responsibility of the prize winner and their companion.

10. No cash alternative will be offered and prizes are non-transferable.

11. Prize is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

12. The Prize Winner and their guest must be UK residents aged 18 years or over and will be responsible for supplying valid UK passports and, where necessary, must obtain appropriate visas, vaccinations and inoculations. It is strongly recommended that travellers take out adequate travel insurance.

13. Viking Cruises cannot be responsible for unforeseen cancellations of flights.

14. Viking cannot be responsible for the unforeseen cancellation of the holiday due to circumstances beyond our control.

15. Viking reserves the right to substitute an alternative cruise of a similar value due to any unforeseen circumstances.

16. The holiday is ABTA and ATOL protected.

17. All elements of the prize must be redeemed during the period of travel and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash

18. The Winner will be notified by email and letter from the V&A. If the V&A have not been able to communicate and receive the Winner’s confirmation receipt after 14 days from notification, the V&A shall award the Prize to an alternative winner.

19. In the event that The Winner declines the prize awarded to him/her or cannot claim the prize in full, the Promoter may award the prize to another chosen valid entrant.

20. Promotion is only open to residents of the UK, aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of the Promoter the V&A and their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings and children) of the Prize Providers, Viking Cruises and Bowers & Wilkins, their parent and/or affiliate companies, their agents or anyone professionally connected with this promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to verify entrants’ eligibility.

22. The prizes will not be replaced if lost or stolen, are not redeemable for cash and are not transferable except at Prize Providers’ sole discretion. No substitutions allowed. The winner agrees to accept the prizes “as is”, and Entrants hereby acknowledge that the V&A and Prize Providers has neither made nor is in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prizes.
23. The winner must provide the V&A with valid proof of identity, residency and age, matching the identity of the entrant, before any prize will be awarded. Valid travel documents (including a passport) are the sole responsibility of the winner. All unspecified expenses associated with receipt and use of the prizes are the winner’s sole responsibility.
