PPI cheque delayed

Hi,

Long story, but I basically got a letter offering me £10k PPI refund from Yorkshire bank 3 weeks ago.
Promised me cheque within 28 days.

On the 21st day, I get the same letter again....promising me the same (+ an extra couple of £ in interest) within another 28 days.

Anybody got an experience with similar, or know !!!!!! is going on?
Am I ...
a) getting the cheque in a couple of days as originally promised?
b) getting the cheque 28 days from the second letter?
c) stuck in a rut of them sending letters, but never paying?

They'll pay. On the bright side, you'll be accruing extra interest while it takes them time to get their act together.
