PPI- have no idea of details

Hi I have claimed PPI in the past myself on the ones I could remember. With the deadline I thought I would get a claims company to have a look, just a fishing trip to see if I missed any. They have come back with four and I now have four forms to fill in about policies I have no idea what so ever about. How should I go about responding to these without lying through my teeth? I generally avoided PPI at the time and am amazed I have these from 1999-2005. Some advice needed please and no just saying do it yourself, I don't have the time.

If you don't know, then you need to put that. By your own admission anything else would be a lie.0
