Hi,
Have just had a letter through from the above which states it is the Parking Charge Notice (PCN) and the Notice to Keeper (NTK).
The driver didn't see any obvious signage on what appeared to be an unmade lane.
The ticket stated not a Parking charge notice documents enclosed of which there were none.
On the back was a serial number and the date with a link to MyParkingCharge.com
What would you advise as my next steps?
