phoned retention's after 12 months to ask what deals i could get and was offered half price(£5 a month ) for same package
received email stating ongoing discount
first month got charged £10 then 3.33 dicount then 1.61(£4.94)
complained and was told was only 1st month discount.
complained to retention's who said wasn't the case and said i would get callback, got callback from india saying sombody would call me in 10 days.
where can i go from here? ive gone past the 14 days cancel period they seem to be delaying sorting it out in case i forget.
