Do roof tiles need to be sealed at the end ?

Options
Extension in my house is draughty through the ceiling lights and sockets, the only place i can really see air gaps is under the roof tiles, should these be sealed at the end ?

    No.
Any rainwater entering under a tile or files needs an escape route! So not sealed.

    No.

    The roof space needs ventilation.

If you are getting draughts through light fittings then you need to inspect your loft insulation.

    Draughts through sockets??

the roof is about 1ft thick i would imagine , its not a loft type space above it, its an extension with high ceiling so no access possible , the draught is also coming through sockets, the holes you put your plug you can feel the air

This could give drafts if you have a room in roof construction, but otherwise it is not likely to cause issues. However it should be sealed, definitely! But with bird stops, be these a comb detail, or solid. It does not look like you have these, but I cannot be certain from your photo.
