ANXIETY sky high with PPI !!

I suffer with severe Anxiety disorder, being told to wait until 31st October, isn't helping ! Every time I call to try and find out where my claim is at, I get the same answer ! its being investigated, so my claim started on the 5th September.
All this waiting, seriously not doing my brain any good.:wall:

Yeah, I'm on week 7
It's just so frustrating, as it was years ago, and I would like to see what info they are using.
They said they didn't need any info from me, which sounds bit odd.

If they didn't need any info, they they have the info.
If it was years ago, waiting eight weeks is not going to be such a hardship is it?

No, I just have high levels of Anxiety which can be awful sometimes.
I also think the worst in any situation.
I always have to fight financial situations, so I'm prepared to have a battle on my hands.
Guessing ill be a 3pence refund, customer ! LOL

Why do you always have to fight financial situations? If you're struggling with debt then seek help before it becomes a fight.

It comes across that you're creating your own stress. Put this out of your mind until you hear from the lender. If you don't get the outcome you hope for, then rationally look at the evidence, don't just jump in and assume they're in the wrong.
