Just to say anyone who hasn't had a gift for awhile try checking your address is still active with them (I emailed via Contact Us on website). Turns out if they have 1 mail returned to sender they mark you as inactive. I have issues with my address as the block of flats I live in isn't accessible 24 hours a day to the postman and so occassionally things disappear which is probably what happenedNever give up the dream! :beer:0
