Quaint where did you email? As I have tried to email them through the site to query their policy of allotting freebies and why in several years I have had nonly bday cards and have not had a single reply. Please feel free to pm me if board rules wont allow.I got a reply to me email yesterday and they apologised - they will be sending out a replacement keyring shortly!
This is the first time something has gone wrong with the JD freebies for me - I've had most of the other things they've sent out (including a pair of rather nice cuff links and a money clip!) and they have all been of exceptionally high quality for a freebie.
