I love the freebies they are very useful and very welcomed in this house. Plus we buy JD so its nice to get something back! x

I got a reply to me email yesterday and they apologised - they will be sending out a replacement keyring shortly!
This is the first time something has gone wrong with the JD freebies for me - I've had most of the other things they've sent out (including a pair of rather nice cuff links and a money clip!) and they have all been of exceptionally high quality for a freebie.
