    Hi,

Apologies for jumping into a thread!

I wonder if anyone can help? I received a PCN for parking on double yellows in a loading bay outside their restricted hours. I received the PCN do I have ground to appeal? The sign stated no loading 4pm - 7pm I was parked at 8pm and received a ticket at 20:03

    Thanks,
    Dan

With IPC companies you wait and see what happens

They have 6 years to take legal action

    Read this.

That was the very last time any PPC (as far as we are aware) dared take a ‘leaving the site’ case to court.

Don’t bother with an IAS appeal - they’re biased in favour of the PPC. Wait to see if they have the balls to issue court proceedings. Come back if they do, but I suspect we won’t see you on that basis again.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
