Sorry for being a bit of a dumbo but could someone point me in the wrong direction for the written letter template for a parking ticket from UKCPS please.

Apologies for jumping into a thread!
I wonder if anyone can help? I received a PCN for parking on double yellows in a loading bay outside their restricted hours. I received the PCN do I have ground to appeal? The sign stated no loading 4pm - 7pm I was parked at 8pm and received a ticket at 20:03

Right got the appeal reject as they had someone sat in a car watching people walk off site so he gave me a ticket any advice would be a great help0

With IPC companies you wait and see what happens
They have 6 years to take legal action
Ignore everything except a LBCCA or court correspondence0 -

That was the very last time any PPC (as far as we are aware) dared take a ‘leaving the site’ case to court.
Don’t bother with an IAS appeal - they’re biased in favour of the PPC. Wait to see if they have the balls to issue court proceedings. Come back if they do, but I suspect we won’t see you on that basis again. :cool:Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
