One last thing, on the online form there is this statement 'I confirm I have attached all supporting information available to me, and understand that I will be unable to provide any additional evidence at a later date, unless specifically requested by ParkingEye' which must be checked,

Is this OK to check even though I have not attached anything at this stage?

I assume as it is through popla at stage two it does not matter, just want to check it wont come back to bite me later...

Of course it is ok.

You were advised to send the blue template as it is.
Surely you understand that that means you won't be attaching anything to it?

OK - I was just checking this wasn't intended to trip you up (i.e. something along the lines of I have declared I have no evidence) and there was an alternate e-mail appeal which could be pursued which I was not aware of.
