Formal Demand from IELEGAL Solicitors. Should I just pay based on what happened here?

SORRY: The title says based on what happened here, what I mean is "based on what happened to another person who posted here".
Hi there,
I received two parking tickets this year from Total Parking Solutions, I never paid them (made an attempt initially through their website but they never had my details). I received a couple of letters from them back in August, final demand letters that went from £60 to £80.
Now they have referred them to a company called Ielegal Solicitors who have written a "FORMAL DEMAND" letter/ "NOTICE OF IMPENDING LEGAL ACTIONS". They are demanding £110.
Now, I'm happy to go ahead and continue ignoring these letters, that was my initial strategy. But I have since read through a thread on here that is almost identical (same companies TPS and Ielegal) but it appears that they are screwed and on the verge of going to court. The user is called miladm1067, I'm sure you can find the thread as we're not allowed to post links on here.
All I am asking is whether I should just pay up now, as it seems like the whole "ignore them" option doesn't really work anymore.
My plan would be to simply send TPS two cheques for the amount on their final letter of £80 and then just ignore anymore correspondence from anyone for the rest of my life!
Thanks for reading.

Do you really think someone is ‘screwed’ if on the verge of going to court? I’d prefer a judge to decide if someone is ‘screwed’.Now, I'm happy to go ahead and continue ignoring these letters, that was my initial strategy. I think your case is far from ‘going to court’. It might only ‘go to court’ if the sols issue a compliant LBC (have you seen what they now have to enclose with one - see links below), then you receive real court papers from the CCBC at Northampton.
But if you’re frightened of ‘going to court’ - a civil court, not a criminal one, then I don’t think the forum will want to expend much time on your case if you are just going to cave in and pay up. We are a fightback group, not one that capitulates at the first hint of what might be just a hypothetical possibility.

And do you really cough up cash just after a fairly empty threat? Do you really think TPS will take this all the way to court in your case?
http://www.bmpa.eu/companydata/Total_Parking_Solutions.htmlPlease note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

It is a scam, it is your duty to fight it. The more people who go to court, the more likely judges are to find against PPCs who try to use courts to obtain monies to which they have no entitlementYou never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

Thanks for the quick reply!
The only reason why I have become a little concerned about all of this is because of the other thread I read posted by the user "miladm1067" entitled "Total parking solutions/ ie legal solicitors".
From what I gather it's basically the same as mine and that person seems to be in the process going to court with a charge of nearly £1000.
Now, I accept that this place is to get advice on fighting back. But in my case I'm as guilty as sin!
