    Thanks for the heads up. Did it mention the rates available on current accounts and regular savers?
    Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.

    Did you think so? I was disappointed. For anyone who uses (or even just dips into) either this forum or the main site there was nothing to learn.

    Some savings rates are going up.
    Some are very low.
    Shop around.
    There are some current accounts with high interest rates.
    ISA rates are often lower than non ISA accounts.

    That was it.

    There was talk of current accounts but they spoke about having to have your wages paid in which is obviously incorrect.

    Perhaps it is not aimed at those who even dip into this forum. I just wanted to flag that it was good it was taking place, not good in factually correct. Apologies if my post was misleading.
