Replace original 50 year old boiler

Options
My elderly Mother's boiler is dangerous and has been disconnected.
I have a quote for a new combi boiler that can be fitted next week, she has no heating or hot water and I am going away so need this done asap. Do you think in the circumstances this is an expensive quote? She lives is a 3 bed detached, radiators are sound. The new boiler will be put close to the old one on the wall. Price includes VAT, I belive that the cost of the boiler is approx £1000.

Take out and remove existing boiler, flu, hot water cylinder and any redundant pipe work (where practical) and disconnect tanks in the roof space. Remove kitchen cupboard above existing boiler in preparation for the new boiler.

Supply & fit Worcester 30i ErP combi boiler, complete with new flue assembly, time clock & filling loop.
Pipework alterations to hot & cold water, heating flow & return.
Run 22mm condense drain. System flush Sentinel X800 + treat with Sentinel x100. Refit existing magnetic filter.

£4236 incl VAT, an I being ripped off here? Local firm
