I'm currently caring for a friend but no one from the council nor social services nor dwp will tell me that if I move to a two bed flat and become a carer but NOT claim carers allowance will this affect my esa and my pip?

Do you mean that you and your friend who you care for are moving to a 2 bed flat together?

He won't get more than a slap on the wrist (not even that, to be honest), but he knows that Medical Services cannot cancel a referral, and if he doesn't know, then it's about time someone told him not to tell people to phone Medical Sevices for this.

If he does know already, that means he deliberately sent you on a goose chase just so his call handling statistics look good (it does happen).

If no-one complains he will continue wasting other claimants time instead of doing what he should be doing.
