It's not the first time. it happens regularly. Not a big deal really. It's much worse when 1 month and 1 phone call later they still haven't tracked my purchase.

Cashback extras seems to be broken again for me. In the app I get some weird error message, in a browser it says "unable to load your details".

Sorry for my late reply. I have been given 10% at Morrisons, Lakeland and Primark over the past couple of weeks.
