Company that appeal PCN for you?

Hi all, my wife received a PCN for dropping her disabled mother by the bus stop at a retail park. I remember a couple of years ago using a company, paid £16 and they appealed a PCN on my behalf, does anybody know their name?

Many of the appeal companies have gone out of business, phoenixed as different outfits, they’ve fallen out with each other, there are numerous complaints about some, the landscape is quite different now to where it was a few years ago.
You can fight this f.o.c. by reading the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, post #1 (just that post for now). Park Watch are BPA operators and you can beat them at POPLA. Do it for your mother (but in her name). We will guide you along the way. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Park watch
Easy to beat for free, using the template appeal in the NEWBIES thread then POPLA. Don't waste your money elsewhere.
I cannot recommend any parking appeals service, and that is my honest opinion based on fact.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
