Ebuyer have not paid a claim for cash back.
There is a very clear audit trail for the purchase but this company are ignoring the claim through TopCashback.
TopCashBack have been supportive but have given up trying to get a response from Ebuyer.
Not what I expected from a company which I had thought was respectable.

What was the claim for?
I only see 1.5% all purchases but things can get a bit weird with cashback so can you explain what you did or didn’t do to lead them to reject your claim?0
