How do I stop bad odour from under kitchen sink

It's never going to be right if you have pipes going uphill, even from a washbasin. The slightest grease, even from your hands, is going to settle in the dip and gradually block the pipe.
You may need to cut some pipes shorter to make sure they all flow downhill. I find it shocking that professional plumbers are happy to leave pipes like that. I have found several in my career.
Edit: If the present layout really prevents the pipe going downhill, you may even need plumber to drill a lower hole in the outside wall.0 -

impossible here jkO, airtight eco house with lime render walls, drilling through the wall is a none starter. I have managed it for over seven years, I just needed a different perspective on keeping it all fresh. It is slightly uphill from the u tube to the outlet and then it goes straight down. It has never been blocked and all water flows through perfectly fine.
I do like the soda and hot water post, I used to use soda granules in the plughole but adding to hot water first is a much better idea. I have bought some in and done that this morning. Enough hot water to send some into the outfall. Just a litre in total. I will make that my nightime routine and it can sit in there overnight0 -

Then I would try to change the pipework to make sure it has a gentle slope downwards. Maybe even buy a different trap for under the sink.
(It won't be good for your drains to constantly have chemicals put down them.)0
