I only phoned sainsburys to make them aware, it was the advisor that said to email. I dont expect sainsburys to do anything

What does this part of your post mean then?

I was also given an Enq nbr. Ive done this twice and had confirmation of receipt of my email and no more, that was over a week ago..so much for Sainsburys customer service.

Sounds to me like you were expecting Sainsbury's to get back to you and are miffed that they haven't.

Most of the TKMaxx stores I have looked in are like giant jumble sales. Clothes jammed so tight on the rails you can't actually see anything - bit like most charity shops nowadays!

I occasionally find a good buy in the home/kitchenware.

If you want so-called over-priced "designer" stuff then go to the proper outlets.

Manufacturers make for a number of retailers , so this could be part of a rejected batch or over production meant for Sainsbury's which cannot be marketed as Sainsbury's.

I bought a dog crate from Aldi (boxed as theirs),but the leaflet inside the box gave Rosewood (a premium brand crate producer) as a contact. Nothing wrong with the crate; just a fraction of the expected price due to Aldi's buying power.

    I agree with this
It's probably made by the same company and the Sainsbury's label was seen in by mistake.
I bought a washing airer/dryer from Wilkos a few years ago which was brabantia.
