Royal Mail tracking broken?

I am trying to track a Special Delivery item that was expected today, but no sign of it and the tracking website just says "System Problem" every time I try (the number is 100% definitely correct). Is it working for anyone else?

Thanks, I hope this doesn't mean they didn't use the Special Delivery return envelope I provided... It's only got my passport, birth certificate and proofs of address :eek:
