What is the format of this understanding. Written, verbal or instructions given out by a third party ... or just an "understanding"

Do you want to answer this as the answer is important.

The question is about "estoppel" and if there was any in your arrangements at the site. It's a potential winner (or loser) depending on the facts you have available.

What to do and who to send it to is detailed in the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, post #2. That part of the sticky must become your go-to resource for any similar query as your case progresses.

I am following the post to fill the form, the post is saying to include: Note: Gladstones are currently including a 'request for special directions' asking the Court to hear the case on the papers only, without an oral hearing. You should oppose this, and include the following text in D1: “The Defendant opposes the Claimant’s request for special directions, and requests that the case be listed for an oral hearing at the defendant’s home court, pursuant to CPR 26.2A(3)”.
In the special directions form gladstones sent me, do i need to fill the fields:
    In the ******* county court,
    Calimant (including reference):
    Defendeant (including reference):
And if yes, for the claimant, i add the solicitors or PCM?
Can i ask about what to do please? i've been looking in the questions, couldn't find that, if i missed it, i apologize in advance.

    Hi Guys,

I found in the mail another claim for another £250, i remember reading something similar in a thread here but i have been looking all over the place and can't find it. Can i just ask for the tread link or how to find it again?

Also, the updates are, my claim has been transferred to my local county court. So i'm in the process of writing the defence. Would like to dismiss the second claim though.
No one is responding anymore, did i say something or annoyed you some how?

Hi Sorry, i sort of missed that question. It is written, they have sent us the paper i included in the pictures with the boundaries, also in the pictures as you can see, we are allowed to park in the unmarked areas that dont belong to sainsbury's nor marked white.

Your defence should be the simple one that you parked in the area you were allowed to by Genesis (attach evidence) and that PCM are exceeding the limits of their authority. Add that you wish the court to combine all the cases into one as the facts (parking in an area where you had authority) are materially the same.

Yes you do. Add in pics if you have them. Even better if the Claimant's own pics confirm what you are saying.
