Mortgage ppi with ex husband discharged bankrupt

Ok my ex husband and me took a mortgage out in the 90's changed it a couple of times, we have since divorced and he went bankrupt of which I said the official receiver the equity, house is now in my name. O want to try ppi does my ex husband get any money or do I let official receiver know, thanks for any help

    If it was joint MPPI, you get your half, the OR gets the other half.

    You need to make a joint complaint with your ex, but he stands to gain nothing so he might not be so keen.

    The OR will take your ex-husband's share.
