    Moving the gas will be easy. It would just be fun around the wall behind the units.

    I would move oven / hob to right hand wall with extractor above. Fit more wall units on window wall

    Why the space between sink and fridge / freezer(?). Fit a unit on the left of the washing machine to fill that nasty void space.

    You might want to consult a kitchen designer. Most offer a free service, with no commitment to buy.

    They will next to the window and round into the corner and along the other wall with a gap for the oven hob and extractor followed by another wall cupboard

    Go for a minimal design and get rid of wall units altogether.

    I've done away with wall units in my (small) kitchen, and it has made a huge difference in the amount of perceived space.
