photo's help please

could anyone please advise what i can do?
i have a cd disc with pic's from my daughters digital camera, but cannot load them up on my pc!
i can only view them on windows media player,it has 4 files on the cd, cdi,ext,mpegav,segment,vcd, the pic's seem to be in the file segment, would like to say thank you in advance for any help with this disc, as this is only copy of the photo's that we have,

    Sounds like they have used a 3rd party program to save the photos on cd to create a videoCD. Therefore the only way to vie them is via a dvd player that would play VCD's or a pc.

    Yes, I agree, sounds like a VCD. Try VirtualDub (do a Google) which is freeware and should do the trick to extract to Bitmaps etc. All a bit geeky, but I'm sure you'll have hours of fun discovering how it all works!
