Contacting Quidco Support / purchase not tracked!?

Is the Quidco webiste broken, or have they completely stripped away any way to contact support via email or phone? The 'self help' options just seem to be designed to send you in a loop. I just spent a good few hundred on an insurance policy for a car and it hasn't tracked despite cashback being advertised. My other purchases have tracked fine.

I also use Quidco, and I'm sure their support ticket system prevents you raising a ticket/query too soon after the purchase, so you need to wait for that limit to elapse before raising a query.
I've always found them pretty helpful by using a more general message via the contact us section.0
