I have a little etsy shop but rarely sell anything so was very pleased to get a sale earlier this week. Except now that I have the dreaded 'where's my item, what's my tracking number, it hasn't arrived and I want you to refund if you don't have a tracking number' email. All for a £5 item.
I so rarely use etsy that I need to go and have a look at what happens now, how do I get a case open so I can refund, I have meanwhile asked the buyer to wait a few more days as it's barely enough time for it to have arrived by now.
