New extension

I'm applying for planning permission for a permitted development ( neighbors consultation scheme as going out 4m) and submitting building regs. I am drawing the plans myself, but find drawing the roof particularly difficult. If i get the height of the eaves or the ridge slightly wrong and they need to change at the building stage, would this be a problem? Obviously I will not go over the maximum height of 4m or 3m for the eaves. The extension is simple single storey 4m x 4m square. Thanks

I doubt you will have a problem if your extension is lower than your plans but you might if it is higher.
