Hi there,

i received a PCN from Brent Council for Using a route restricted to buses and taxis only on Bodiam Way in Wembley

i've attached the pics that apparently got me.

Bang to rights. The fact there are other cars there is neither here nor there.

You have got a council PCN. This forum deals with private parking firms.

Follow claxtome's advice, Tarambor is right about the other cars but "bang to rights" is not necessarily correct pepipoo will help find any issues you can appeal on.

I would NEVER use that phrase about a Council PCN!

Almost always, the signage or other procedural stuff is wanting and the case is winnable. Pepipoo are the experts.
