Split faced tile help!

We have fallen in love with the split faced tiles from Crown Tiles but we want them as a feature wall in our bathroom.

Now they will end up coming into contact with water due to where they are but I have read that they don't need grouting.

Does anyone know how we can have them in the bathroom whilst still being water tight? Is it just a membrane or do we need something else? I've seen a lot of people use them on the outside of buildings so I know it is possible - just don't know how to do it :D

Not suitable for wet areas internally. While we could tank to keep area watertight with sheet membrane , water getting behind the tiles is eventually going to go mouldy and stink !
